ColorBlinds
ColorBlinds is a simulation tool for the iPhone. You can take a snapshot or use existing pictures and simulate deuteran an Protan type color blindness.
As an added bonus, color blind can use this app to improve contrast between red and green in a picture, helping them to distinguish differences where otherwise red and green would look the same.
